Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 Developer with expertise in Power Apps to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. You will work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to build scalable, efficient, and secure solutions that enhance business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps) to streamline business workflows.
  • Implement Power Automate flows for process automation and integration with external systems.
  • Develop custom plugins, workflows, and business process flows in Dynamics 365.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with other Microsoft and third-party applications.
  • Optimize and maintain Dataverse for data management.
  • Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI for data visualization and insights.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes through technology.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer, with hands-on expertise in customization and configuration.
  • Strong knowledge of Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
  • Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Azure services, REST APIs, and third-party applications.
  • Familiarity with Power BI and creating dashboards for reporting.
  • Understanding of security models, role-based access, and data governance in Dynamics 365.
  • Experience with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), version control (Git), and DevOps for Power Platform.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Certifications in Power Platform or Dynamics 365.
  • Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and AI Builder.
  • Knowledge of SQL, SSIS, and data migration techniques.
