The Role
As a Process Automation Specialist, you will lead the implementation of Linnworks for inventory and order management, driving seamless automation and integration with other platforms. Specifically, you will design and maintain Airtable databases to support automation and workflow improvements across departments, while documenting all systems, processes, and automations, ensuring clear and accessible records for future use. You will also manage automation projects from conception to completion, collaborating with stakeholders across departments to achieve set targets, track project milestones and deliver successful outcomes.
Additionally, You Will
- Analyse business processes to identify opportunities and implement improvements
- Develop standard operating procedures
- Track automation impact and report on return on investment
- Provide technical support and training on automated systems
- Troubleshoot automation issues and implement solutions
About You
To be considered as a Process Automation Specialist, you will need:
- Experience in process automation and optimisation
- A strong understanding of API integrations and data management
- Strong SQL skills
- An understanding of data analysis and visualisation
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong analytical thinking
- The ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong project management capabilities
- To be detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills
- A bachelor's degree (or equivalent qualification) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
