As we continue to expand our presence across the UK, they are looking for a motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive their success in London.

This role will involve managing a team of 5 across London and the surrounding areas.

The Regional Sales Manager responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in London.
  2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts in the retail and hospitality sectors.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and effectively manage the sales pipeline.
  4. Conduct regular field visits to engage with customers, provide training, and ensure excellent product presentation.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and campaigns.
  6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  7. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
  8. Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, fostering a high-performance culture.

The ideal Regional Sales Manager Candidate:

  1. Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar role in the drinks industry or FMCG sector.
  2. Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively.
  5. Knowledge of the South of England market, with established relationships in the retail and hospitality sectors being a plus.
  6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively across the region.
