Job Description:About the role
As Philanthropy Manager (Trusts and Foundations), you will be working to secure philanthropic income at the five-figure and six-figure level from trusts and foundations to support the fundraising priorities of eight out of eleven UCL faculties. In this new role for the Faculties team, you will be responsible for a portfolio of approximately prospects in the UK, and occasionally abroad, capable of making donations at this level to UCL. Working in partnership with other areas of advancement and academics in world-leading departments, you will build deep and meaningful relationships with donors and prospective donors who have the potential to transform the future and impact of UCL.
We are happy to consider applications to work on a part-time, flexible and job share basis wherever possible (minimum FTE – equivalent of 4 days per week, stated salary to be pro-rata).
This role is eligible for hybrid working with a minimum of 20% on site. Please note our in-office anchor day for Advancement is a Tuesday, therefore this would be a required day in the office.

About you
We are seeking individuals who are target driven and have a passion for building meaningful relationships with trusts and foundations. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate their success at soliciting donations and managing high-value strategic partnerships.
