About The Role
We're looking for an experienced Mortgage Adviser to provide mortgage advice and various other services related to the home buying process to Alexander Hall's customers. TASKS & DUTIES:

  1. Achieve personal sales results
  2. Adhere to principles of Treating Customers Fairly
  3. Refer every client to the Protection Team for advice
  4. Comply with company T&C, Compliance and submission standards
  5. Maintain daily structure
  6. Build relationship with Foxtons within office (where appropriate)

MEASUREMENTS:

  1. Mortgage case volumes
  2. KPIs – file audit grades, test results, case vetting
  3. RBM grade
  4. Protection referral levels
  5. Client feedback
  6. Competent Adviser Status achieved
  7. Qualification for quarterly TCF bonus

LOCATION: This role will involve working from our Central London office in Holborn 4 days a week, with one day working from home.

About You

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  1. Minimum of 1 year experience with full CeMap qualifications.
  2. Accuracy and attention to detail
  3. Able to multi-task and work to prescribed deadlines
  4. Good organisational skills
  5. Able to work with minimal levels of supervision
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Competent computer literacy
  8. Be consistent with Alexander Hall's cultural values of hard work, integrity and collaboration
  9. A positive attitude

  12. Advanced phone etiquette
