- Customer-centric approach, with a deep understanding of enterprise customer needs and how to create impactful solutions. You're an advocate for the customer and obsessed with solving real problems with well-thought-out solutions.
- Adaptability to an ever-evolving working environment – as we scale up the team successful candidates will need to be comfortable adapting their working style to the needs of the wider team and business.
- Experience with employee engagement tools or intranet platforms, particularly in large enterprise settings.
- Familiarity with mobile app product management (iOS/Android) for SaaS platforms.
- Knowledge of internal communication systems, HR software, or collaboration tools in enterprise environments.
About the role...
- Manage and maintain the product roadmap for your area of responsibility, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic vision, broader technical advancements and the needs of our customers.
