A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee all commercial and contractual functions within the logistics team. This role plays a crucial part in delivering one of the UK's most ambitious infrastructure projects, ensuring cost control, commercial performance, and compliance with project requirements.

As a key member of the project team, you'll be responsible for managing risk and opportunities, preparing payment applications, and maintaining registers for variations, delays, and claims. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and teams across multiple sites to ensure that commercial activities are efficiently and effectively managed. The fundamental objective is to ensure excellence and consistency in commercial performance.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of post-graduate commercial experience in construction
  • Strong experience in contract management, cost reporting, and risk management
  • Proficiency in managing commercial functions across multiple sites
  • Experience with commercial policies, procedures, and stakeholder engagement
  • Hold or be nearing completion of Full Membership with RICS / CICES
  • A track record of working in construction logistics and supply chain management
Overview:

Position: COMMERCIAL MANAGER – Permanent

Location: Harlesden

Salary: £85k - £95k
