About the Role:
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a variety of projects between £5M and £40M across the commercial, educational, and high-spec residential sectors, often in challenging city environments.
They require someone with experience working on similar projects who can manage the programme, working under a highly experienced Construction Director and alongside a full site team. The role will require a manager who can manage a variety of projects with little or no supervision, utilizing previous experience to deliver projects on time and on budget with a focus on quality of delivery and health & safety. This role will act as a stepping stone into the business for the right individual, with internal promotion and long-term progression a real focus for this company.
About the benefits and rewards:
The company offers excellent opportunities and a basic salary up to £75,000 for the right person.
In addition to the basic salary, there will be benefits including a car allowance, pension, health, and travel allowance. As well as long-term career prospects and progression, you will also work closely with the Commercial Manager and Commercial Director who can offer support should you need it.
About the requirements:
The successful candidate needs to have extensive experience in managing a range of projects, ideally including residential, commercial, and educational, with projects ranging in value from £5m to £40m. The ideal candidate should also have a balance of working on new builds and refurbishment projects.
My client is looking for candidates who can show a stability of employment throughout their career, keeping each appointment for a minimum of 3 years per employer.
