I'm currently working with a leading tax advisory practice in Manchester who are looking to bring in an experienced R&D Tax Manager to join a thriving and successful tax advisory team.

A unique opportunity to work with a leading firm (that isn't big 4 or Top 10) who do things a little different and do them well.

Your new role:

As an R&D Tax Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and delivering R&D tax relief claims for a diverse portfolio of OMB style clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Leading and managing R&D tax relief claims from inception to completion.
  2. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing expert advice and guidance.
  3. Conducting detailed technical assessments and preparing comprehensive reports.
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and maximize R&D tax relief opportunities.
  5. Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in R&D tax legislation and ensuring compliance.

What I'm looking for:

  1. A qualified tax professional (CTA/ACA/ACCA) with significant experience in R&D tax relief.
  2. Strong technical knowledge and a keen eye for detail.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  5. A proactive and innovative mindset, with a passion for helping clients succeed.
