Role Description

This is a remote role for a Real Estate and Commercial Capital Broker at Capiyada. The Broker will be responsible for generating leads and facilitating real estate and business finance transactions, providing exceptional customer service, conducting sales activities, and managing lead flow.

We are looking for experienced Real Estate Finance, Commercial Business Finance and Property finance brokers. The opportunity would also suit Property professionals with a developer/ property investor network or Business Consultants currently selling to the SME community.

Up to 70% Commission split to Brokers.

  • Bridging Finance and Bridge to Let
  • Development Finance up to £100mill+
  • Development Exit Finance
  • Fast Auction Finance to 90% LTV
  • Renovation Funding to 90% LTV
  • 100% Approval rate on our Val only solution

Business Finance solutions include:

  • Alternative Business Loan (unsecured)
  • Revolving and Flexi Credit Line (secured)
  • Business Bridging Facility
  • Business Cash Advance
  • Trade Finance
  • Factoring Loans
  • Mergers and Acquisition Funding
  • Asset Finance (All Asset class)
  • Structured finance
  • Insolvency Funding

Commissions are paid weekly.

Qualifications

  • Finance Brokerage and Real Estate Finance skills
  • Must have client base or Go to market strategy
  • Customer Service and Sales skills
  • Knowledge of Property or Business finance SALES
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely and generate your own leads
  • Experience in commercial real estate or finance is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field
  • Must be UK based or have a UK client base of relevance
  • Must have ability and strategy in place to generate your own lending leads
