Senior Account Manager- Business Development

Location: Coventry/ Oxford

The Vacancy

Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and delivering top-notch training solutions? At MTC Training, we're looking for a dynamic Senior Account Manager to be the cornerstone of our client engagement efforts.

In this role, you'll:

  1. Foster and manage client relationships to ensure their needs are met with excellence.
  2. Drive customer satisfaction by understanding and anticipating client requirements.
  3. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our innovative training services.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Engineering or a related field (preferred).
  2. Proven experience in account management, preferably in the training or educational sector.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  4. Ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously.
  5. Familiarity with CRM software and learning management systems.
  6. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
