We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Compliance & Quality Control Manager to join our team at TFH Hire Services, based in Kingston. In this role, you will take the lead in developing, implementing, and maintaining a company-wide compliance program, ensuring adherence to ISO 45001 and 9001 Safety and Quality Management Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the organisational compliance framework to ensure it meets industry standards.
  • Conduct internal audits to verify compliance with departmental obligations.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams to ensure they comply with regulations.
  • Maintain and continuously improve the Safety and Quality Management Systems (QMS), ensuring ongoing certification to ISO 45001 and 9001:2015 standards.
  • Track, monitor and measure the health and performance of the QMS and address any lagging and negative indicators.
  • Ensure that the Document Management System adheres to the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standards.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with managers and employees across various branches.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • In-depth knowledge of maintaining and managing Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001) & Occupational Health & Safety System (ISO 45001).
  • Experience with SharePoint.
  • Strong technical experience in managing compliance programs.
  • Excellent organisational, analytical, and computer skills.
  • Solid knowledge of the transport industry would be advantageous.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Diploma in Quality Auditing.
  • Quality Systems Auditor training.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
