Instructure is looking for a high-performing Sr. Revenue Operations Manager (Sales Operations) to drive sales performance and revenue growth across our EMEA and LATAM regions. In this highly visible role, you will own sales planning, forecasting, and performance analysis, acting as a strategic business partner to sales leadership. You will develop data-driven insights, optimize sales execution, and enhance go-to-market strategies to ensure scalable revenue growth.

THIS POSITION CAN BE WORKED REMOTELY ANYWHERE IN THE UK OR IN OUR UK OFFICE

What you'll do:
  • Lead sales forecasting, planning, and performance measurement to ensure revenue targets are met.
  • Partner with sales leadership to design and execute growth strategies, optimize resource allocation, and improve sales efficiency.
  • Identify revenue opportunities through white space analysis, propensity-to-buy modeling, and sales coverage optimization.
  • Develop executive-level reporting and insights, preparing strategic presentations for senior leadership and board meetings.
  • Refine territory segmentation, quota setting, and incentive structures to maximize sales effectiveness.
  • Act as a trusted advisor across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
  • Drive process improvements and automation in reporting to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis across multiple data sources (Salesforce, Snowflake, product databases, etc.) to inform strategic decisions.
  • Benchmark and measure sales activities and performance across the customer journey, identifying areas for improvement.
What you'll need:
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Analytics (preferably in SaaS).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Salesforce, Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Snowflake).
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations that drive executive decision-making.
  • Executive presence and cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and project management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple high-impact projects.
  • Ability to extrapolate trends and insights from data to optimize revenue performance.
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with a track record of thriving in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
