Sellick Partnership has a fantastic opportunity to join a property development and management company with offices across the UK.

About the Head of Legal Property role;

  • This is a fantastic opportunity to join the business as the company's first legal hire. We are looking for an experienced property lawyer with experience in residential property matters to come and set up an in-house legal property team. The work is currently being outsourced to private practice and they want to bring the work back in-house.
  • This is a chance for an ambitious Property Solicitor who is looking to grow and develop a legal in-house property team.
  • You will have the autonomy to develop, shape, and grow this team with the support of the Director and there is also room for professional development into Directorship long term.

About the Company;

  • The company has excellent backing from its international and UK Investors and has numerous projects across the UK and is expanding internationally to include Europe and Asia.
  • The company is currently buying commercial units and turning them into residential units for sales and lettings, and buying land to turn into residential developments.
  • The business currently has its own mortgage broker, construction and development, and lettings business under one umbrella, keeping everything in-house.
  • This is an exciting time to join as the business is growing exponentially.

Experience required for the Head of Legal - Property role

  • Significant experience within Residential Property matters
  • An ambition to grow and develop a legal team

Candidates must be able to attend one of their offices on a hybrid basis in either the Manchester area or Yorkshire area.
