We are excited to add a Sr Network Engineer to our ambitious Global IT team at Wizards of the Coast You will have the outstanding opportunity to craft the future of our corporate network infrastructure. This person will be pivotal in crafting, implementing, and sustaining solutions for our public, private, and hybrid cloud environments.
What You'll Do:- Take ownership of local and Cloud networking, including routing, switching, firewall, and network monitoring.
- Design, analyze, and improve established networks for smooth and continuous performance.
- Work with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and similar cloud services to craft, configure, provision, and deploy network layer solutions.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues and drive improvements from concept to implementation.
- Participate in disaster recovery development and exercises.
- Engage in a 24x7 on-call rotation to assist in resolving issues outside of regular business hours.
- Maintain systems and documentation to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience with networking technologies and core Internet protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, wireless, distributed networks).
- Expertise in Cloud Networking Technology, including AWS, Azure, IGWs, and VPNs.
- Experience with SDN and SDWAN deployments.
- In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP internetworking, Cisco IOS, and LAN/WAN/Cloud concepts.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and a proactive, independent approach.
- Effective interpersonal, oral, visual, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a positive, customer-focused team setting
- Certifications in Cloud (AWS, Azure), Cisco, and Juniper are preferred.
- Starting Pay Range: $121,285
- Pay Range End: $150,800
