For the successful Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, our client is offering:

  • Up to £51,300 per annum
  • 7:00 - 7:00, 4 on 4 off (days and nights)
  • Permanent position
  • Overtime available with a bonus applied per shift picked up
  • Free parking on-site
  • Training and development opportunities to upskill candidates

The Role - Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

  • To diagnose faults and to test, repair, and maintain Mechanical / Electrical equipment. Uses PMS to support prioritisation and problem-solving (RCFA).
  • To complete Planned Preventative Maintenance as directed by Engineering Management.
  • Fault finding and responding to breakdowns promptly.
  • To complete breakdown and maintenance records for all work undertaken on site.
  • To take part in meetings, supervision, and training as requested.
  • All functions to be carried out in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 quality management standard.

What our client is looking for in a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer:

  • Recognised Electrical/Mechanical apprenticeship - ESSENTIAL
  • Experience within the FMCG industry - ESSENTIAL
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent minimum - ESSENTIAL
  • Electrical bias - DESIRABLE
  • Food manufacturing background - DESIRABLE
  • IOSHH/Nebosh - DESIRABLE
