Job Description
The Head of Finance will be responsible for:
- Manage the day to day running of the finance department
- Support the commercial strategy
- Leading and developing 2 direct reports
- Preparation and ownership of the management reporting
- Preparation of the annual statutory accounting
- Develop the KPI analysis and reporting to support decision making
- Lead the budget and forecasting process
- Oversee all Tax accounting
- Payroll
The Successful Applicant
The Head of Finance will be:
- A fully qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
- Able to partner stakeholders at all levels and influence
- Commercially minded
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to tell a story
- Systems experience
- Able to work to tight deadlines and manage work load independently
- Demonstrable staff management experience
