As our next Front Office Manager, you…
Are the 'face of Novotel London Waterloo', and will manage the Front office and Reservations departments, including rota's, team recruitment and purchases. You will address guest complaints and provide solutions while ensuring a wonderful guest experience.
You will motivate and inspire the front office team to provide high-quality services for your guests. We would love you to be pro-active, curious, creative, and have a great sense of humour. As a member of the hotel's management team, you will participate in management meetings and carry out Duty Management shifts accordingly.
You enjoy learning while developing and teaching your team members.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar or leadership role is mandatory.
