What You'll Be Doing

Performance Analysis & Reporting
  1. Monitor and analyse performance across our managed and tenanted business, including food, drink, and accommodation revenue.
  2. Provide insights into volume trends and promotional performance, highlighting risks and opportunities.
  3. Run and interpret weekly management reports, providing timely analysis and commentary to stakeholders.
  4. Maintain and update key KPI dashboards to track business performance effectively.
Market & Competitor Analysis
  1. Work with the marketing team to review market trends, competitor pricing, and industry best practices.
  2. Ensure pricing strategies remain competitive and relevant to market conditions.
Data-Driven Insights & Business Support
  1. Analyse product-level performance and work with Executive Chefs and the marketing team to optimise food and drink offerings.
  2. Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making and respond to commercial queries.
  3. Play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning for the business.
  4. Develop and refine reporting tools using Power BI to enhance business insights.
What We're Looking For
  1. Proven experience as a commercial analyst or in a similar analytical role, ideally within retail or hospitality.
  2. Strong ability to interpret and analyse large datasets, translating them into actionable insights.
  3. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to non-finance stakeholders.
  4. A proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  5. Part-qualified Accountant (CIMA preferred) with a solid understanding of commercial finance.
  6. Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (Power BI experience is a plus).
