Monday to Friday

As a Business Development Manager, you will be working under the direction of the Sales and Commercial Directors and will be supported by the Group's marketing department to identify and pursue new business opportunities for refrigerated vehicle conversions.
Ranging from small panel vans to large 26t HGVs, we offer a complete range for our customers, providing maximum scope for success; you are not limited by just one type of vehicle We have recently expanded into a second factory, which means we have the capacity to complete orders for new customers in the next few months, allowing you to hit the ground running if you unearth new opportunities.
We handle all types of customers, from one-off conversions to large fleet conversions of 100 vans/trucks. We also hold our own stock with very competitive pricing, enabling you to directly supply any customers.

Day to day you will:

  1. Pursue New Business
  2. Develop Pipeline
  3. Build & sustain relationships
  4. Understand & anticipate Customers' needs
  5. Create tailored quotes and proposals
  6. Collaborate with internal teams
  7. Conduct sales presentations
  8. Meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
