The ideal candidate will be a qualified electrician with solid experience in repairs and general maintenance. Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Salary: £38,225 per annum (inclusive of April 2025 pay award) OTE £43,000 including standby.

Electrician Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out electrical repairs and maintenance work across homes and commercial properties.
  • Tackle a mix of planned jobs and responsive repairs, often involving other basic trades.
  • Travel between properties as needed.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly approach when dealing with tenants or clients on-site.
  • Keep accurate records of work and report any follow-up actions required.
  • Maintain Health and Safety as per company protocols.
Electrician What We are Looking For:
  • Required Qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
  • Must have 18th Edition wiring regulations and Testing & Inspection certification.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Experience working in property maintenance or facilities management would be advantageous.
  • A practical, hands-on approach with good problem-solving skills.
  • Someone who takes pride in their work and always puts the customer first.
  • Strong communication skillset, with ability to meet deadlines.
