Our client is a highly capitalised international and successful investor focused on UK and European lower mid-market deep value investing. It is looking for an ambitious and motivated investment professional to contribute to its success in investments going forward. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed individual to join a high performing team in London and take responsibility from day one.
What the job involves
- Work with the senior team with individual deal execution processes: due diligence, negotiation and execution of transactions
- Work actively with the portfolio post-acquisition
Who we are looking for
- Previous Associate/Senior Associate level experience in a private equity fund with exposure to special situations
- An understanding and motivations for turnaround investments
- Ability to work with a high degree of independence
