This retail bank is currently going through a huge growth phase in its analytics function, with this team acting as an internal consultancy cover customer analytics and insights

THE ROLE

As a Senior Analytics Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:

  • Working on a range of different projects across customer lifetime management, customer analytics, and marketing analytics
  • Leading teams of analysts and being hands-on when required
  • Taking a commercial standpoint, assessing ROI, profit, cost savings, etc
  • Collaborating with a variety of senior stakeholders and managing stakeholders

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in an analytics management position (or similar) is needed
  • Understanding of customer analytics is necessary
  • Proficiency in SQL, SAS, or Python required
  • Management experience also necessary
  • Industry experience is a plus, but not required
