Social Media and Digital Engagement Specialist

Location: London N17 0EW

This role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to elevate Bows Boutiques' brand presence, engage our audience of predominantly trendy mums and women aged 25-65, and drive growth across key platforms. The position goes beyond daily content posting, focusing on audience insights, data-driven planning, and performance optimisation to support our mission of delivering stylish and comfortable fashion.

Roles & Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement a long-term social media strategy aligned with Bows Boutiques' business goals.
  2. Identify and understand target audiences, tailoring content strategies to resonate with their needs and preferences.
  3. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging social media.
  4. Develop content pillars that reflect Bows Boutiques' brand identity, including themes like new arrivals, live shopping, and seasonal promotions.
  5. Collaborate with the creative team to plan regular content, campaigns, and brand storytelling.
  6. Ensure all content aligns with Bows Boutiques' friendly, trustworthy tone and 'raw' aesthetic.
  7. Introduce and manage engaging brand social franchises (e.g., weekly live shopping series or style tips).
  8. Use data and audience insights to evaluate content performance and refine strategies.
  9. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, and conversions.
  10. Continuously optimise content for better results and audience impact.
  11. Develop and implement tactics to increase brand awareness and audience engagement on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  12. Foster organic growth and improve audience retention through interactive content and community management.
  13. Collaborate with the PR team to develop influencer strategies that align with Bows Boutiques.
  14. Tailor content strategies for each platform, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand identity.
  15. Explore and test new platforms and trends to stay ahead in the digital fashion landscape.
  16. Integrate social media efforts with other marketing channels, including email campaigns and paid ads.
Key Skills & Experience:
  1. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  2. Deep understanding of social media algorithms and platform-specific trends.
  3. Experience with paid advertising and campaign management is a plus.
  4. Excellent storytelling and brand messaging skills, with an eye for luxury and elegance.
  5. Adaptability to digital shifts and new industry developments.
