Affiliate Manager

An exciting opportunity for an individual to join our fast-paced team of empowering individuals to build out our affiliate program and manage all affiliates within Shopify and TikTok, nurturing and building powerful relationships with affiliates to create meaningful content that aligns with the brand's vision and mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruiting and Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners, ensuring they align with the company's brand and target audience.
  2. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates, providing support, addressing concerns, and fostering collaboration.
  3. Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Track and analyze affiliate performance data, identifying trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization.
  4. Reporting and Communication: Generate regular reports on affiliate performance, providing insights to the team and communicating key findings to affiliates.
  5. Budget Management: Manage the affiliate marketing budget effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated strategically to maximize ROI.
  6. Staying Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the affiliate marketing landscape.

Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 2 years experience managing affiliates, be beauty obsessed, and up to date with all current content and creator trends and insights.

Fixed contract for 2 months with potential, if successful, to stay long term.

- Hybrid, potential to be remote.
