We are currently supporting a leading organisation in their search for a Project Manager with deep expertise in the Oracle Cloud Suite. This is a hands-on, client-facing role suited for a delivery-focused leader who can manage full life cycle Oracle Cloud transformation projects in enterprise environments.

Key Requirements
  1. 10+ years of project delivery experience, with multiple successful Oracle Cloud implementations
  2. Deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR and related applications)
  3. Familiarity with how Oracle HCM fits into the broader ERP architecture
  4. Proven ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with colleagues and clients alike
  5. Exceptional communication skills and ability to manage client expectations at all levels
Role Responsibilities
  1. Engage in both advisory and delivery capacities to drive successful outcomes
  2. Support the full lifecycle of Oracle Cloud delivery, from strategy to go-live
