Working with your colleagues in the Analysis Team, you'll be instrumental in the creation and delivery of digital reporting solutions to provide clear and actionable insights for leaders and other colleagues across the business.

About Exemplar Health Care

Exemplar Health Care is one of the country's leading nursing care providers for adults living with complex needs.

We have 53 care homes across England that support adults living with complex mental health needs, dementia, neuro-disabilities and physical disabilities.

As well as stable and secure employment opportunities, we offer great benefits and perks, and plenty of opportunities to learn, develop and progress.

About the role

As a Senior Data Analyst for Digital Transformation with Exemplar Health Care, you'll play a key role in the evolution of management information and insight at a business that is rapidly growing in both size and digital maturity.

Accuracy and attention to detail are fundamental to ensuring that our users can place their trust in the content we create, but we also embrace innovation and creative solutions to deliver a range of ambitious BI tools and analysis that can evolve and enhance how those users interact with their data.

No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  1. Taking a lead role on designated analysis and BI development projects, with support from Data Analysts and guidance from the Head of Analysis
  2. Ensuring key work is delivered on time and to an appropriate standard
  3. Working with colleagues at all levels within Exemplar Health Care to understand their needs and then demonstrate new tools designed to meet those needs
  4. Supporting key business stakeholders in understanding and extracting actionable insights from their data
  5. Deep-diving into data to explore specific questions and hypotheses, and producing a summary of key learnings.

About you

Above all, you're someone who identifies with our values of fun, integrity, responsiveness, success and teamwork.

You'll also have:

  1. Strong numerical skills and a thorough attention to detail
  2. A problem-solving mentality with the determination to find creative solutions when needed
  3. The skills and experience to be able to interpret data and identify key learnings, and then present information effectively for ease of understanding
  4. The ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the business, no matter their level of analytical knowledge
  5. A structured approach to organising, prioritising and completing work.
