We are pleased to be partnering with a reputable and growing insurance broker to hire an experienced Risk and Compliance Associate to join their friendly team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the existing team as the company continues to grow. The successful Risk and Compliance Associate will have proven experience in a similar role in the insurance industry, focusing on the following duties supporting a well-established, welcoming team.

  • Establish, refine, and implement the company's Data Privacy, AML, and Sanctions frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Review and investigate sanctions, KYC/Due Diligence, and Data Protection-related queries.
  • Manage and respond to regulatory inquiries via Compliance and Sanctions mailboxes.
  • Complete monitoring tasks as outlined in the Compliance Monitoring Plan.
  • Support Compliance projects, legal reviews, and regulatory guidance for business units.
  • Stay up-to-date with FCA requirements, promoting a strong understanding of Conduct Risk and Customer Outcomes.
  • Contribute to the promotion of a positive compliance culture focused on Treating Customers Fairly, Consumer Duty, and Risk Management.

This is a permanent role, salary up to £60k per annum plus excellent benefits and the team operate a hybrid working pattern out of their London office.
