GadJet is the leading supplier of Electronic, Home & Travel Accessories, is looking for an experienced Sales Manager - Office Based with proven sales records, with the ability to build strong relationships and lead a team of Field Sales Reps to grow the business with existing customers as well as onboarding new business.

The Role:
- Operating as the lead point of contact for our field sales team, organising the team schedule and meetings.
- Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Develop a strategic plan to protect and grow existing client accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities for growth and expansion in different regions.
- Ensure that clients' needs are met and exceeded, and that client satisfaction is maintained at a high level. Provide regular reporting on account activity, client satisfaction, and financial performance.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver client projects on time and within budget.
- Monitor sales metrics for the reps team and provide regular reports to senior management.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Sales Team Manager or in a similar role.
- 5+ years of proven B2B Sales experience.
- Experience in managing and leading a team successfully with proven growth records.
- Knowledge of the retail industry, specifically the forecourt & convenience sector is ideal.
- A well-organised, good time management individual with great communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
