This role would ideally suit a sales/projects/applications engineer with a strong technical/mechanical knowledge and a good commercial acumen. You will be selling a truly unique product in the world of automated solutions who have a great reputation in their world.

Reporting to the Sales Director, the sales area for the Regional Sales Executive will cover the South East of the country (Hampshire, Essex, Oxfordshire, Bedfordshire). The company will supply all the tools to do the job including company car, laptop, phones, tablets etc. You will be autonomous & will be responsible for your diary. This is a remote role. A good salary with strong commission structure. This role would be ideal for an Sales Engineer, Sales Executive, Applications Engineer, Sales Projects.

Role:

Regional Sales Executive (Remote)

Area:

South East (Hampshire, Outer London, Essex, Oxfordshire)

Salary:

Up to £45,000 per annum + comms + benefits + company car

Responsibilities:
  1. Cultivating existing clients, generating new opportunities whilst expanding new products to existing clients.
  2. Hold a valid UK driving license and be located within commutable distance of our primary target areas.
  3. Demonstrate a successful track record in generating new business across a broad range of sectors.
  4. Excellent presentation skills to demonstrate the benefits of the product range to prospects and customers.
  5. Assess the suitability of solutions for specific customer applications.
  6. Work with the administration team to request quotes and additional equipment required for the order.
  7. Complete initial audit at customer sites and report back to the installation and design team for planning and ordering.
Requirements:
  1. Mechanical, electrical and/or engineering background with sales experience.
  2. Experience in a sales role with technical (mechanical) elements is essential.
  3. Experience within automation is advantageous though not essential as full training will be provided.
  4. A full UK Driving licence.
  5. Autonomous individual who is organised, self-sufficient, and has strong commercial acumen.
  6. A background of working with customers and seeing through projects from cradle to grave.

In return for these skills, the Regional Sales Executive will get an excellent opportunity to excel with a business who are working in conjunction with major European & Global businesses. You will be provided with a Company Car, Fuel Card, Excellent training, a strong remuneration package, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, laptop and iPhone (all the tools to do the job).
