This is an excellent opportunity for a Lead QA with prior experience managing QA and Automation Engineers. You will be looking after a team of 5 QA's and supporting the implementation of an automation framework, so you must understand the importance of Automation.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Lead & mentor QA and Automation Engineers
  • Hold one to ones with your team
  • Collaborate with the Head of Development, Software engineering manager, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and define test strategies
  • Implement and maintain automated test suites for functional testing, regression testing, API, and performance testing
  • Identify, document, and track software defects and work closely with development teams to resolve them
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and release management activities to ensure high-quality software releases
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in software testing and automation
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of tests
Experience required:
  • Experience in Line management
  • Experience/knowledge of Automation Testing
  • Hands-on experience in automated API testing
  • Experience in Test Plan preparation, estimation, and status reporting
  • Experience writing performance tests identifying areas of improvement across a platform
  • Experience in Manual testing (UAT/System/Regression)
  • Working knowledge of CI/CD
  • Working knowledge of Cloud platforms
  • Version control (Git)
  • Prior experience in mentoring/leading more junior members of the team
