About the Role:

As our Senior Management Accountant/Finance Manager, you will lead the finance team and oversee Omni's financial records and performance reporting.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing, coaching, and motivating the finance team
  • Collaborating with senior leadership on budgeting and forecasting
  • Preparing monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and variance analysis
  • Producing monthly and quarterly financial reports within agreed timelines
  • Handling payroll, including monthly salary payments and annual requirements
  • Managing employee benefits such as pension, healthcare, and insurance
  • Ensuring cost control and tight financial management
  • Completing year-end processes and assisting auditors with statutory account preparation
  • Generating invoices, account statements, and performing account reconciliations, including credit control
  • Contributing to the commercial pricing of new tenders and re-tenders

About You:

  • Proven experience in a senior finance role within a growing SME
  • Ability to interpret and present complex financial data to senior leaders
  • Qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA with post-qualification experience
  • Knowledge of finance technology and process improvement
  • Experience leading and managing high-performing finance teams
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business environments
