This position has come about while the team recruits permanently.

This is a varied and exciting role. You will act for lenders, insolvency practitioners, creditors, and businesses on a range of restructuring and insolvency matters. You will also be heavily involved in advising on all kinds of debt restructurings, including special situations, contingency scenarios, and security issues. A wealth of insolvency experience in particular non-contentious matters like administrations and liquidation processes, advising on receivership appointments, director duties, secured lender security, and distressed debt situations is required. Ideally, you should have a working knowledge and understanding of general banking.

The team will support you. As a firm consistently voted one of the best firms to work for, you will be an integral part of this successful and hardworking team, adding value from day one and being an inclusive part of the practice.
