As a Project Engineer you will be a fundamental part of our team supporting our biodiesel and anaerobic digestion plants and our used cooking oil processing sites. You will enable us to continue with our mission to help protect the planet whilst providing engineering support, executing new equipment install and site improvement projects, be involved with streamlining the plants processes and increase efficiency.

• Managing your own projects from conception, design & budgeting through to installation, commissioning, and handover.
• Projects will include but not restricting to improving production & efficiency of our plants, improving the safety of our sites and upgrading equipment.
• Provide technical and engineering support to site operations as required.
• Managing internal stakeholders and contractors to ensure smooth completion of projects.
• Supporting customer sites with engineering projects and maintaining a strong customer relationship.
• The role will include travel to different sites to manage projects as required.

• Mechanical engineering or Chemical engineering degree.
• Proven experience of identification of plant improvements.
• Proven experience leading the improvement projects from design to commissioning in a relevant engineering role.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel.
• AutoCAD experience preferable.
• Knowledge of DSEAR/ATEX.
• Knowledge of HAZOPS, LOPAs and other safety study techniques.
• IOSHH or NEBOSHH qualification preferable.
• Good stakeholder & contractor management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail.
• High level of organisation.
