Audit Manager job in Cambridge with hybrid working and work/life balance

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Acting as a key point of contact, building strong relationships with stakeholders.
  2. Managing financial portfolios and ensuring assignments meet budgets and deadlines.
  3. Recruiting, mentoring, and motivating team members to achieve excellence.
  4. Supporting business development and contributing to the firm's growth initiatives.
  5. Upholding risk management and quality control standards.

The ideal candidate would be:

  1. ACA/ICAS qualified (or equivalent) with solid experience in managing people.
  2. Well-versed in UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP, and financial reporting.
  3. Skilled in systems/controls testing, group audits, consolidations, and disclosures.
  4. A confident communicator with project management expertise.
