We're looking for a Commissioning and Relationship Partner to lead our referral management process - ensuring children are matched to the right placements and given the best possible start in their journey with Wilderness Way.

What You'll Do

Manage and Review Referrals: Oversee the triaging process, ensuring every referral is handled with care and precision.

Drive Placement Success: Work closely with Registered Managers and social workers to ensure informed, compliant placement decisions.

Build Relationships: Connect with local authorities, social services, and key stakeholders to champion the needs of children while maximising commercial opportunities.

Analyse Data & Trends: Use data insights to improve placement outcomes and inform strategic decisions.

Influence Positive Change: Identify areas for process improvement and help shape best practices across the organisation.

What You'll Bring
  1. Qualification in Social Work, Social Care, or a related field.
  2. Strong understanding of children's home regulations and referral processes.
  3. Experience managing complex cases in a social care setting.
  4. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
