What will you be doing?

  1. Work under supervision of a Senior member of the Law Dept to provide timely review, analysis, drafting, interpretation and negotiation of contracts and other documents with external parties in line with company policies and objectives.
  2. Assist Vertiv in respect of support for any Intellectual Property / Trademark matters that may arise.
  3. Provide counsel and advise Company management on legal issues, compliance and risk management (contracts, claims, litigation, legal changes, legal compliance and others), possible impact to Company.
  4. Anticipate and mitigate potential legal problems within the organization to avoid claims and litigation.
  5. Conduct legal analysis, research and reviews on a variety of legal issues, national and international laws, and risk evaluation.
  6. Provide support for other governance and compliance activities as assigned.

What Would Be the Perfect Qualifications?

  1. Qualification / Degree in Law.
  2. Minimum 2/3 years of experience.
  3. Willingness to travel within the EMEA Region to meet other internal customers or to negotiate contracts with customers.
  4. Resource to be located in Northern Ireland.
