About the Role

The Salesforce Administrator will play a key role in optimizing business processes and maximizing the Salesforce platform's capabilities. This position involves working closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users to improve integrations, maintain data integrity, and drive system enhancements. A deep understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and best practices is required, along with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

Business Process & Strategy

  • Work with business teams and architects to gather requirements and align solutions with organizational goals.
  • Oversee Salesforce customization and system integrations, ensuring smooth execution of projects.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to support user adoption and efficiency.

Salesforce Administration & Configuration

  • Develop and manage custom objects, fields, validation rules, and automation using Flow Builder.
  • Handle data imports, exports, cleansing, and deduplication to maintain accuracy and security.
  • Manage Salesforce's data structure, security protocols, and permissions.
  • Design and execute test plans for unit, integration, and system testing.
  • Oversee change sets, deployments, and ensure proper change management procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement automation and system enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Salesforce Expertise: 6+ years of experience in administration and development, with proficiency in Flow Builder, Visualforce, LWC, and platform best practices.
  • Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities, experience in platform architecture, data management, and deployment strategies.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users, work independently, and adapt to a fast-changing environment.
