The successful candidate will shape and execute a plan to grow income, aiming to expand our fundraising capacity and achieve long-term financial sustainability for Weldmar Hospicecare.

As Head of Fundraising, you'll lead our mission, collaborating with the team to develop innovative strategies that meet ambitious targets. From securing diverse income streams to employing effective fundraising techniques, you'll play a pivotal role in our financial future.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you'll set the strategic direction for fundraising, ensuring activities comply with regulations. You'll oversee budgeting, target setting, and financial management to maximise income potential.

We're looking for a proven fundraising manager with a strong understanding of charity law, excellent communication, and leadership skills.
