Job Description
As an Application Support Analyst, you will play a key role in our IT team, helping to ensure our critical business applications run smoothly. You will be the go-to person for system support and help resolve any issues users encounter. Your role will also involve assisting with system changes and providing backup for other IT team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support for key business systems, such as ERP, CRM, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Help users by offering 1st to 3rd line support for application issues.
  • Work closely with users to understand any problems and ensure they're resolved effectively.
  • Make simple system changes and configurations when needed.
  • Assist in the testing of any new updates or system changes.
  • Follow IT procedures for changes to ensure everything is done safely and correctly.

About You
We're looking for someone who has experience in supporting business applications and enjoys helping others solve technical problems. You should be organized, a good communicator, and comfortable working with a variety of people. Familiarity with systems like Microsoft Dynamics AX, Salesforce, or Atlassian products (Jira/Confluence) would be highly advantageous, as would supporting qualifications or accreditation within an aligned discipline.

This role requires candidates to undergo Security Screening to 'SC' level.
