Responsibilities
- Develop and grow your team and support diversity and inclusion.
- Drive performance and sales through great customer service, VM, and people development.
- Create an environment where the team thrives and customers have an excellent experience.
- Show enthusiasm for your work and inspire your team.
- Be prepared for the physical aspects of the role, including early deliveries, storage room management, manual handling, and being on your feet for long periods.
- Take pride in your store and maintain VM standards.
- Analyze trends and be proactive with stock ordering and sales floor layout.
- Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner while following company policies and procedures.
Preferred Experience
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Familiar with OneDrive and Microsoft Teams.
- Previous leadership experience in a retail environment.
- Experience in a one-to-one premium sales-based environment.
- Understanding of retail KPIs.
Job Specifics
Hours per Week: 40 (over any 5 days)
