Role and purpose

As Principal Consultant at Ignite AI Partners, you'll be at the forefront of designing and delivering business transformation powered by cutting-edge AI solutions. In this pivotal role, you'll partner with clients to craft strategies that revolutionise their operations, enhance their decision-making, and unlock new value streams. This role combines strategic leadership, technical insight, and client-centred delivery to drive measurable success.

Responsibilities

  1. Client Catalyst: Build, nurture, and own trusted relationships with clients, becoming their go-to partner for solving complex challenges and realising strategic goals.
  2. Vision Architect: Design innovative AI-driven strategies that not only solve today's problems but also future-proof organisations against tomorrow's challenges.
  3. Transformation Navigator: Lead clients through the intricate journey of business transformation, ensuring their AI solutions are seamlessly integrated and widely adopted.
  4. Team Collaborator: Work closely with cross-functional teams of consultants and data scientists, fostering an environment of open communication, creativity, and shared purpose.
  5. Solution Innovator: Guide the design and delivery of AI solutions that are robust, scalable, and laser-focused on delivering business value.
  6. Change Enabler: Partner with clients to champion change management, empowering them to embrace new technologies and operational paradigms confidently.

Candidate requirements

  1. Experience: A proven track record in steering large-scale business transformation projects, ideally in our target sectors of retail and manufacturing.
  2. Technical Savvy: Deep understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, predictive analytics, and automation.
  3. Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to conceptualise and execute long-term strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  4. Leadership Impact: Leadership capabilities with experience in managing diverse teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
  5. Client Focus: Exceptional skills in client engagement and relationship management.
