Welsh Rental Market Expert | Trusted by Landlords & Tenants

No previous experience is necessary as training is provided from a Propertymark qualified line manager or company director.

5 weekdays, 9am – 5:30pm.

£24,000 per annum rising to £25,000 upon passing industry exams.

Quarterly bonus based on results and customer service.

25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.

45 pence per mile business mileage allowance - clean licence and car essential.

Comfortable air-conditioned offices.

Chris Davies Estate and Letting Agents are always on the lookout for great people who are passionate about property and customer care in order to expand our lovely team of Property Professionals. Whether you are returning to the workplace or maybe you are new to the workplace after leaving education, a career within the property industry could be just the move you're looking for.

Successful candidates will be enthusiastic and customer service orientated with listening skills and people skills to communicate effectively. You'll be dealing with Property Inspections, liaising with tenants for access to their homes, booking viewings and dealing with maintenance issues.

Living within the Vale of Glamorgan and having knowledge of the local area will be an advantage, though not essential. The ability to adapt quickly to new software will be a prerequisite as will being able to closely follow strict systems and controls with an eye for detail. The role is a busy one and requires energy, dynamism, commitment and integrity.

CPD (Continuing Professional Development) - Within 12 months of starting employment, all full-time negotiators must become qualified with an A Level equivalent, fully-funded, Level 3 Award in residential property.
