Your role in a nutshell

We are recruiting for an experienced Social Media Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving brand love through developing the Social Media strategy, delivering engaging content, and excellent community management.

More About The Role

Main Roles & Responsibilities will include:
  • Strategy: Provide Global strategic direction, aligned to brand and business goals.
  • Content creation: Create compelling content for social media platforms aligned with brand voice and messaging.
  • Content calendar management: Own the content calendar, including planning and scheduling posts across different platforms.
  • Community engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers, fostering positive interactions and building relationships. Work with Customer Care to ensure customer queries are managed effectively.
  • Social media analytics: Track key metrics like impressions, engagement rates, follower growth, and conversion rates to measure campaign success and inform future strategies.
  • Campaign development and execution: Work with the Brand Marketing team on social-first campaigns, including influencer marketing and paid social.

  • Having a love for emerging social media trends to be able to incorporate them into our strategy.
  • Ability to take initiative, ownership & accountability and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative & a flair for design with attention to detail.
  • Experience working in Social Media in a retail/global organisation.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficient with a camera and photo and video editing.
