REL are on the lookout for an experienced Account Director/Client Director to join our team on a Fixed-Term Contract until the end of 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Overview:
We're seeking a driven and strategic Account Director to lead across multiple international markets. In this leadership role, you'll manage a high-performing team, drive revenue growth, and oversee operations to ensure the success and profitability of the business unit. If you have a passion for FMCG, team management, and delivering results, this is your opportunity to make an impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team across international markets; collaborating with Product Trainers and Retail Ambassadors to drive performance and achieve business goals.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic business development and client management.
- Oversee financial goals, ensuring budget adherence and maximizing profitability.
- Develop and implement operational processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry changes.
- Manage risk and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Attitude: Positive, can-do mindset and a drive to achieve results.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of the FMCG industry.
- Experience: Proven leadership in managing client accounts.
- Strong background working with Product Trainers and Retail Ambassadors.
- Skills: Strong people management, coaching abilities, and P&L management.
- Availability to start ASAP with a short notice period or open to immediate work.
