Sales Executive

Our client is looking for a proactive Inside Sales Representative to drive customer engagement and sales growth. This role involves managing existing accounts and actively promoting product lines within the UK market. This would suit someone with a little experience who wants to develop and learn with some guidance.
To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:
- 1 year experience in a Sales role
- Possess a positive, tenacious attitude
- Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage priorities effectively
- Good knowledge retention and willingness to learn
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel
Within this position, you'll also be:
- Proactively engaging with customers and prospects to promote products
- Maintaining and developing strong relationships with existing clients
- Identifying and converting new sales opportunities across different market segments
- Generating quotes and following up on orders monthly
- Processing orders and sample requests, ensuring smooth delivery and follow-ups
- Developing an annual sales plan aligned with business goals
- Monitoring sales orders in collaboration with the Customer Service team
- Recommending complementary products to maximize sales
- Providing after-sales support and technical assistance
- Acting as a key liaison between departments and customers
