Overview

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Production Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimising production processes, ensuring efficiency and quality in our manufacturing operations. This position requires a strong foundation in engineering principles and a passion for problem-solving within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement production systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  2. Develop and maintain schematics for production equipment and processes.
  3. Utilise SolidWorks and Simulink for system design and modelling.
  4. Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues in production processes and implement effective solutions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
  6. Apply GD&T principles to ensure precision in mechanical designs.
  7. Provide mechanical knowledge to support the development of new products and processes.
  8. Use LabView and MATLAB for data analysis and process control.
  9. Maintain documentation of engineering processes, designs, and modifications.
Experience
  1. Proficiency in logic controllers and system design methodologies.
  2. Strong understanding of GD&T principles.
  3. Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in manufacturing environments.
  4. Proven ability to conduct root cause analysis effectively.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a logical approach to engineering challenges.
  6. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate effectively with team members.
