Injection Moulding Technician - Hereford£31,800 - £39,900Monday - Friday (shift rotation)25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Pension Scheme + Bonus A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Injection Moulding Technician to join a well-established manufacturing business in Hereford. This role provides variety, career growth, and the chance to work with precision components in a dynamic production environment. Role & Responsibilities:* Set up and operate injection moulding equipment of various sizes* Adjust machines, automation systems, and supporting equipment for production* Load materials, carry out tool changes, and perform basic machine maintenance* Identify and resolve product defects such as flash, warping, or surface imperfections* Collaborate with Quality colleagues to ensure consistent product standards* Keep accurate production records and follow operational procedures* Promote and maintain a safe working environment (training provided) Knowledge, Skills & Experience:* Hands-on experience with injection moulding or relevant engineering background* Able to manage multiple products and resolve quality issues efficiently* Comfortable working with technical components and tight tolerances* IMT qualification is desirable* Basic IT skills for production records and reporting Package and Benefits:* 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays* Pension Scheme* Performance-related Bonus If you're looking for a new challenge, click the link below to apply or email your CV to for a confidential discussion ?
