While on that site, navigate to the Customer Tab or the Customer Testimonials section where you will learn about who our clients are and what they have to say about usAs an Associate Brand Protection Analyst in our Digital Brand Services team, you will be responsible for identifying, reporting, and enforcing online Intellectual Property misuse for some of the largest brands in the world. Your role will involve using our proprietary software, in conjunction with open-source online research techniques, to find and report online infringements.This role is suitable for someone who is technology driven, service oriented, has experience in online research and has good attention to detail.Job responsibilities and expectations for the role:Review, analyse and enforce on infringements using your knowledge of Intellectual Property, online brand abuse and customer-specific brand knowledgeCooperatively work with global teams to ensure alignment with the customers brand monitoring strategyCreate impactful reports for key customers as requiredAbility to be a self-starter and work in a fast-paced environmentProvide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customersCompetencies required for the role:Bilingual or Multilingual skills are strongly preferred (particularly fluency in German, Swedish)Interest in online brand protectionStrong Internet research skills requiredOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsStrong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, MS Excel and WordAbility to work independently as well as in a team orientated environmentExceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work unsupervisedPrevious experience of producing quality results with a high attention to detailAbility to be direct, open, and honest when dealing with customers and coworkersPrevious experience working within a technology driven environment and/or in online brand protection is a bonusWhy Work at CSC?At CSC, we are the business behind business®.
