You will leverage your deep knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories to develop innovative solutions while effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams. Your strong analytical reasoning and adaptability skills will enable you to navigate through ambiguity and change, ensuring that technology initiatives align with business objectives. With advanced communication and stakeholder management abilities, you will foster productive working relationships and influence decision-making to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. As a subject matter expert, you will contribute to the development of operational plans and risk management strategies, ensuring the highest quality and professionalism in service delivery.Job ResponsibilitiesLink technology sustainability to the broader firm wide sustainability goals and opportunitiesIdentify and support Lines of Business functions in their opportunities to leverage technologies’ sustainability in client facing communications.Identify further opportunities to leverage technology sustainability in support of the firm’s broader sustainability initiatives: Operational Sustainability Council, Sustainable Solutions, Climate Advisory etc.Embed technology sustainability into the fabric of JPMC technologyEnsure alignment and leverage of tech sustainability program to other related tech wide initiatives.Drive sustainability to be a Non Functional Requirement decision making factor, with traceable and repeatable processes, across technology.Develop program relationships with each tech organization to ensure engagement in the tech sustainability program. Ensure effective execution of all processes for technology sustainability program.Oversee program management processes to track progress, issues, actions, controls etcDevelop decision making processes for the program to assess priority of proposed analysis or change programs – what streams have the best return on investment.Ensure good and clear structure across the streams of work within the tech sustainability program.Ensure the program has a clear “shop front” for the whole of JPMC employees to understand the initiativesCreate and deliver comprehensive reports and insights for senior leadership, focusing on sustainability opportunities and strategic initiatives.Oversee the case for technology’s engagement in external sustainability initiatives.Embed technology sustainability into the fabric of JPMC technologySetup and oversee a structure to ensure innovation is supported and knowledge shared across all tech centers.Develop and execute comprehensive plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutionsIdentify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentumCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goalsUtilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectivenessChampion the adoption of agile methodologies and technical solutions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the teamRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsExperience in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), sustainability, or technology program management, with a focus on technology sustainability.Experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization.Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, reporting standards and regulatory requirements.Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clientsAdvanced experience in utilizing technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations, to enable on-demand access to shared pools of applications and servicesProven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environmentDemonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activitiesAbout UsJ.P.
